All orders are delivered in 7 - 10 business days for standard delivery. Expidited shipping will be delivered in 5 to 7 days. Stated delivery dates only apply to the Contiguous United States.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Standard shipping is $5. If you spend more than $300, standard shipping is FREE. Expitided shipping is $10. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order, we will contact you to discuss options.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase.
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund and we will contact you to determine eligibility of return .
2. To create a return shipping label:
A confirmation email, including a tracking number, is sent to you and the seller.
If you choose a different carrier for your return shipping label, you'll need to re-enter your address and shipment information. You can create one return label per transaction.
Please note: If you do not see a Return Shipping Label link on the Details page, use PayPal's Multi-order Shipping Tool to create your return label.
Here's how to locate this tool:
1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click "Multi-order Shipping" on Account Overview. This will open the Multi-order Shipping page.
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include but are not limited to, cards - cases, boxes, packs and gaming accessories.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Stadium Club reserves the right to deny any return, for any reason.
All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
